This blog promotes an Alberta First agenda when dealing with other federal, provincial,and international governments. For to long, Alberta has either encouraged or acquiesced to external control. However, with the increase in Alberta's population and growing financial power, it is time to reverse this trend and begin negotiating very strongly for what is best for Alberta. This may or may not be what, in particular, the federal government deems to be important.

Jackie Tran - once again released by IRB
The Immigration Refugee Board has once against released this guy - even though he has a deportation appeal hearing that is supposed to be Nov 20. Will he show voluntarily? Past history suggests probably not. The latest story is here
